- Identity verification: We may contact you to verify your identity to ensure we’re providing information to the right person.
- Processing: We will review your request and take appropriate action within one month (we may extend this by two months for complex requests).
- Response: We will provide you with a clear response, explaining what actions we’ve taken or why we cannot fulfill your request.
